Ski enthusiasts will love our place! It is possible to ski here almost all year round, and there is something very special about exploring Okstindan on skis in the summer.
However, you must be well prepared, have the right equipment and have knowledge about traveling on a glacier. If you don't have that, we recommend bringing an expert or hiring a guide.
Some years it is possible to ski well into early summer even in the lowlands, especially in the areas around Røssvatnet and on Korgfjellet.
