Norwegian People's Aid in Korgen is an active team that is involved in search and rescue, and who also provides first aid workers at various events. The Norwegian People's Aid has its own cabin on Korgfjellet and this is the base for the Easter emergency preparedness. If you join as a volunteer in first aid and rescue services, you are an important part of the emergency preparedness in the local community. The Norwegian People's Aid offer the training needed, free of charge. The Norwegian People's Aid in Korgen also has a youth group, which is an offer for young people between 13 and 18 years of age, and many young people are involved in the association and participate in both courses and social events.

School band for children and young people, initially aged 8-19, but here we are generous. The band plays a variety of music and has several performances annually, including various theme concerts, a Christmas tree party and May 17. If you are a complete beginner, the band also offers aspiring training on an instrument of your choice. This training can take place during school hours or in connection with the band's exercises.

The cultural school has good expertise in accompaniment, composition, arranging, instruction and conducting. The cultural school offers teaching in art, dance, singing, piano, guitar, bass, percussion, dance, woodwind and brass instruments. The teaching follows the school year and is taught both during the day and in the afternoon. Small and large performances and exhibitions are held during the school year, in addition to performances at institutions and at others who wish to do so. The cultural school also offers baby singing, choir projects at schools, Blås i skolen, and singing sessions at senior centers in the municipality.

Club for children and young people. For 5th-7th grade there is a club on Wednesdays from 16:30 to 21:30, while for 8th grade up to 17 years there is a club on Fridays from 17:30 to 00:00. Open all year including winter and autumn holidays, but closed during the summer holidays. Welcome!
Klemetspelet (Korgen)
Klemetspelet is a cultural festival with two large events that together create a unique, memorable and magnificent overall experience, outdoors in Leirskardalen. In connection with this historical musical play, you can contribute as an actor, musician, technical assistant, inspector, responsible for parking, rehearsals, costumes, etc. The play has been performed approx. every other year since 2013. Rehearsals usually start a year in advance, and there are roles for people of all ages. At the same time as the play, Jamtjordmartnan is arranged, and here you can participate both with organization and decoration, and also as an exhibitor or with other activities that fit into the historical framework. Fjellcamp Bleikvasslia

This is a mountain camp during the summer for children living in Helgeland. At the mountain camp, everyone gathers for outdoor activities and socializing. Through shared experiences, trips and activities, the children make memories that will last a lifetime. The summer camps are led by clear adult leaders with extensive experience and expertise in outdoor activities. No special equipment is required to participate. The children live in lavvos in small groups at Køtaplassen where Bleikvassli Bygdelag has built a great barbecue hut with a sauna and a mountain shelter. The food is prepared in an outdoor kitchen.
Bleikvassli scootercross (Bleikvassli)
Bleikvassli scootercross is a subgroup of Hemnes snøscooterforening
which is, in turn, under NMF and NIF. Bleikvassli Scootercross offers riding on a snow cross track. This is located at Valum Farm in Bleikvasslia. Children from the age of 5 can participate. A license and your own scooter are required, but we also have a recruitment scooter that the youngest can try out to see if it’s something for them. The track is generally open two days a week, but of course this depends on the weather. We have had the track here for 2 years and have riders who compete in the Norwegian national championship.

In 26H members have the opportunity to develop themselves and be part of a social community where everyone cares for each other. There are no special requirements to become a member.
