Every year in March/April, scooter enthusiasts and other winter enthusiasts flock to the mountain village of Bleikvasslia to participate in the Bleikvasslia Winter Festival. Here, the toughest can challenge themselves on the Hillclimb, while those who are not as motorized can participate in a fishing competition, a ski day on the alpine slope or perhaps simply enjoy a good meal at Gammalskola. The festival lasts around a week, with different activities every day, and is a collaboration between enthusiasts, teams and associations and the business community in Bleikvasslia.
